Tate: medical evidence?

 B. Ewell:

- I seen him --> Tom Robinson 

- run for a doctor? No need

- Bob signs his name with his left hand

Second Paragraph;

Papa: 

-"who done it?"

Mayella:

- Tom reaches for glass with right hand, he can't with his left hand.

Atticus:

- "Is this the man that raped you? How?"

Mayella:

- " If you ain't going to do something about it, your all just about of cowards."

Tom:

- Mayella invited Tom inside

- There were no Chifferrobes

- Mayella told him that she had a door that needed fixing

- get gets on top of a chair to fix the door and Mayella hugs his legs.

-Tom tries to run away but Mayella kissed him on the face and said that he needed to kiss her back, thats when Tom ran out of the house.

Giber:

- "You felt sorry for a white woman?"

Third Paragraph; (closing)

- no medical evidence

-Brings up how Mayella was beaten severely to her face by someone who was left handed, however Tom Robinson had no use in his left hand and testified that he could only use his right hand.

- Mayella needed to make up this story or else she herself faced serious problems.

- Atticus brings up that MAYELLkissed a black man, no code mattered to her then, it only mattered to her afterwards once she was caught.

Atticus says that all men are created equal but only in the court of law.

Twice he says "In the name of God" believe Tom Robinson
